Best Steak

The ultimate pleasure for any meat lover out there is this steak! Seared to perfection, the juicy and tender steak is drenched in a creamy garlic butter sauce that adds an incredible depth of flavor. For a dinner fit for a king (or queen), serve it with a mountain of mashed potatoes or some crispy roasted vegetables!

Components:

Two-pound New York Strip Steaks (two steaks) or One-Lb Each, 1 1/4-inch Thick Ribeye or Top Sirloin Steaks

Half a tablespoon of vegetable oil, or any high-temperature cooking oil (such as extra light olive oil or canola).

half a teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Two tsp unsalted butter

Two peeled and quartered garlic cloves

One stem

Once you place your steak in the pan DO NOT touch/turn them for at least 3-4 minutes until a nice sear is formed.

When you flip the steaks over allow them to cook 3-4 minutes on the other side.

If your steaks are thick you should finish them in a hot oven preheated to 375° anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for a med to med good steak.

Enjoy!
